WHAT IS THE EXAMPLE OF SENTENCE HAS NOT ALLOWED IN COSMETIC CLAIM?

Examples of sentences that are not allowed in cosmetic claims, as below:

a. Repair the skin,

b. Permanently eliminate dandruffs,

c. Free of hazardous ingredients (ex : Free pf paraben/SLS),

d. Safe, (Safe to use everyday),

e. Remove scars,

f. Remove strechmarks.

IS THE COSMETIC CLAIM ALLOWED TO USE THE “REPAIR” WORD?

Cosmetic claims using the word “REPAIR” are only allowed to used in claim of “body odor” and “appearance”.
